Program Objectives

The DiSC® model is made up of four basic styles: D, i, S, and C. Unlike simple personality tests, there is no perfect DiSC style. Everyone has a unique blend of different styles and priorities, and we believe these differences are extremely valuable.

At the completion of the workshop, you will be able to:

  • –understand the DiSC® Model
  • –discover your own DiSC ® profile
  • –understand and appreciate the styles of the people you work with
  • –create strategies for overcoming challenges when working with people of different DiSC ® styles

Half-day Workshop Content

Session 1: Understanding of Own DiSC® Style

In this session, you will gain a thorough understanding of the four primary DiSC styles. From the personalized DiSC Profile you receive, you will gain an in-depth understanding of your own individual behavioral style, and explore what priorities shape your workplace experience. You will also know what aspects of your work are your motivators and what aspects of your work may be stressful for you.


Session 2: Understanding of Others’ DiSC Styles

You will learn what works for you and what challenges you when interacting with each DiSC style. You will find out what is the motivation for different styles and understand how you react to each style. Finally, you will develop strategies to increase your effectiveness in interacting with different styles.
